The Photo Shoot Process

Pre Meet - Call us  

While your are scheduling a booking please suggest a time and date prior to the booking where we can have a Pre Meet at the studio to discuss what you are looking for.  This gives us a chance to meet and introduce ourselves and give you an opportunity to preview the studio.  We know you may feel nervous so this will give us a chance to answer all your questions.

We will also discuss whether you are requesting the services of a makeup artist.  This will give us time to coordinate with our or your makeup artist.

We will collect a non refundable $100 deposit to secure your booking and scheduled shoot.  The deposit goes toward a non refundable studio reservation and applied to the total cost of your photo session,

Session Day

Read the How to Prepare section a week prior to the shoot.  

If you are going to have makeup done, please allow 1 hour prior to the scheduled booking to be at the studio..  Feel free to bring a friend, however, they will have to stay in our lobby during the shoot.

Image Debut and Ordering Session

We will schedule a time seven days after your shoot to meet at the studio to select and order your digital prints.  At this time we will collect final payment.  If you choose to purchase an album, we can design this during the Image Debut.
